I'm still using it, but it needs a new derailleur. I never could get the stock one to work right. I still ride it occasionally and the creaking has stopped. I like the size and the ride of those 29+ tires.
The orange paint is turning pink - even though it's stored in a covered carport.
Considering I like working on stuff it was worth the cost to me to try out 29+ wheels and a large frame. If I was a kid and/or could not work on my own stuff then I'd consider this bike a steaming pile and a big waste of time and money.

A bit warm. yes. Had to do another 2100 mile round trip on short notice. My back was/is in a real bad way & came home to a dead AC unit. Other than that its been just peachy!

Great for some things. Vans are such a bitch to work on. But what car isn't anymore...
