lurker: high winds last night, took some shingles off the roof. tornado tore up some homes 30 miles down the road.

lurker: we've been down to the 20s a couple of times, had big fat wet gobs of snow 3 or 4 days ago. rest of the week, high near 70, then back down into the 50s for the weekend. times like this i like to stay under the blanket, pile on another cat/dog.

desertbikes: 4500 watt electric start, 3500 watt backup pull start & small 1200 watt. All are dual fuel gas/propane but the larger units are only fed propane. Way cleaner. The little one is easier with gas. All are 4 stroke.

desertbikes: I use a bucket of sand & kevlar reinforced welding gloves to test handguns. Vertically, usually in a piece of 10" galvanized stove pipe to direct the sound up. And always look away for the first shot, just in case.

lurker: contemplating a range trip in the next week or so. need a confluence of mild temps and sunshine. highs lately about 50, so not really cold. there's that "new" hundred year old H&R revolver to try out.
